For a short period the Physical Planning Group under the Academic Development Committee continued the functions of the former Planning, Accommodation and Minor Works sub-committees of the Estates and Buildings Committee. They reviewed the allocation of space for academic purposes, re-allocated space, and considered requests from academic departments about new or changed accommodation.
