Bundles of minutes and papers of meetings of the International Committee of the NEC which were distributed to members. Blunkett does not appear to have been a member of this Committee but would have received papers as a member of the main NEC board. Each bundle generally contains the agenda for the coming meeting, minutes of the previous meeting, and papers relevant to the meeting.
