Political satire; Napoleon is shown with sabre, spurs and plumed hat on a ladder which breaks just as he is reaching for two crowns, a sceptre and a mitre on top of a column, saying "Oh curse he Ladder! An inch more would have done the Business!"; John Bull stands ready with a pitch-fork pointing at Napoleon, saying "Never mind Bonny, I'll catch you & break your Fall!!!
