Biography
The Fairground Mercury is the Fairground Association of Great Britain’s specialist publication.
The Mercury initially was called The Century of Tobers and later was redesigned and renamed The Fairground Mercury.
The Mercury is a quarterly publication that is distributed free of charge to all the members of FAGB. The magazine caters for a broad spectrum of interests from novelties on the fairground to historical studies, transport and model-making. Each issue features guest contributions on a wide variety of topics and is supplemented with a myriad of images. Regular features includes Roundabouts, a listing of new rides and those that have changed hands, The Model Tober, providing advice for model-makers, and a vibrant feedback section. Members can also advertise for free in the small ads section.
