Interview with Günter Behnisch in German. Tape titled by PBJ 'Bonn Parliament'. Behnisch won the competition to design the new parliament building in the West German capital of Bonn in 1973. The planning and construction was completed between 1983 - 1992 and the Plenary Complex was used as the parliament buildings by the German Bundestag until 1999, and is now a conference centre.
