Correspondence and papers relating to Sheffield District Labour Party, which formed part of Sheffield Trades and Labour Council until it split from the Council in the 1970s. It was later renamed Sheffield Labour Party. The organisation coordinated the work of Labour Party branches and constituency Labour parties within Sheffield, and worked with the Labour Group on Sheffield Council with regards to implementing Labour party policies.
