Created by Isaac Cruikshank. Published by S. W. Fores. Tipu Sultan (left) gallops (right to left) past Cornwallis who is seated in an ornate chair on the back of an ill-drawn elephant. Tipu, rising in his stirrups, excretes a blast which displaces a boy-mahout on the elephant's neck and strikes Cornwallis. He says, "Now my Lord I'll Tip you the Swamps". The horse excretes a blast directed at the elephant's eye. The elephant, raising its trunk, says, "I wish I could run as fast as he how i would thump him." Cornwallis, with his sabre raised above his head, his left fist clenched, says, "These Monsoons are more Violent than ever I knew them before Boy turn back again." The boy says, "Yes my Lord I am going backwards Pr force." Behind Cornwallis's seat is a box inscribed 'Rice for Gruel during the Monsoons'.
