Below, an angry gambler is seated next to a table with a pistol, dice, purse, dice-box, and an open pocketbook which is inscribed 'Money Lost 10.000.' His wife is startled in bed at left. Inscription: in plate below both images at left: 'Rowlandson Del'; below bottom image center: 'THE GAMESTER GOING TO BED.'; left: 'London Pub.d July 31 1811 by T.
