Material relating mainly to Blundell Jones' studies and early career originally labelled 'Miscellaneous jottings'. Includes essays written during his third year at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, 1969 'A Philosophical Basis for the Study of Modern Art and Modern Art an Interpretation'; letters in German from Marget Scharoun, 1975 - 1978; typescript drafts of reviews and articles for architectural journals; press cuttings and copies of journal and magazine articles on a variety of architectural subjects; letter in French from Lucien Kroll; cartoon style drawings [by PBJ], a cartoon of PBJ by 'Angus' entitled 'The Architect at work'; report entitled 'The Use of Solar Energy', 1974; and architectural drawings including proposed conversion of 52 Claylands Road.
