Bound minutes of meetings in green fabric with red spine and corners containing information on section updates and issues, appeals, performing rights, fairs, diesel oil and other supplies, General Secretary's report, vehicles and gas raids, the Spitfire fund, government's compulsory insurance scheme, accounts, Charter Fairs preservation, the use of traction engines by the Ministry of Agriculture, memberships, benevolent funds, the war damage act and compensation and rules among other matters. Signed by the Chairmen J. E. Browne and William Lennards. Manuscript.
