Bound minutes of meetings in green fabric with red leather spine and corners containing items dicussed on meetings of the Central Council, including leases, complaints, information on deceased members, information on fairs, benevolent funds, the Guild constitution, parliamentary business, licences, the caravan, annual reports, election of officials, bye-laws, sectional resolutions, manufacturing, accounts and business information among others. Signed by the Guild's Chairman Bertam Mills, manuscript.
